This is the motto I use whilst being trained in the gym. As we all know the only way to succeed and get the results you want is to push through your boundaries a little further each time that you train, to get the results you had set out to do on day one.

Our Training Methods 

The methods I use for training are very basic, non-complicated, and easy to understand from a physical and nutritional point of view, so really the hardest thing you can do initially is walk through the door at the gym here at Knight Nutrition and Fitness and then the rest will simply fall into place!

Technical Boxing

As a previous boxer, I like to train in a very unorthodox way and like to pass the knowledge down to what I was previously trained as it showed in all my
successful boxing fights

Boot Camps

These are 6-week training sessions twice for either AM or PM sessions to which both men and women train from the age of 14 years upwards.
